Registration Fee
Students (including UG, PG, DM residents and PhD scholars) must submit their valid student ID cards OR letter from HoD.
Important Dates :
- Last date of submission of Abstracts : 30th September 2025
- Intimation of Acceptance : Within 2-3 weeks
- Early Bird Registration : 31st October 2025
Cancellation Policy :
All the payments made for GeriPsych 2025 registrations are final, non-refundable and non-adjustable. Once registered, participants cannot cancel and/or receive a refund. Avoid paying any extra amounts, other than the required fees. Your registration will be canceled if the fee paid is short or if a false identity has been submitted.
Transfers : Registration transfers to another individual is not allowed.

Please note that GeriPsych 2025 is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other “Acts of God.” In such cases, the event may be postponed, and participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event.
