The conference is open for Psychology students, Clinical and Health Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Residents and consultants from Geriatric Medicine, other medical or surgical specialties with special interest or focus on geriatric population, Practitioners of alternative healing practices such as Yoga and Naturopathy, Nursing Professional, Spiritual leaders, dieticians, NGOs, Policymakers and legal services working with geriatric population.
The submissions must reach before the deadline and No requests will be entertained beyond that.
At least one of the authors must be registered for the conference. Certificate of presentation will be awarded to the registered author(s).
All submissions must be made through the website. Submissions sent through any other means will NOT be entertained.
The presenting author (or the author who submits the abstract in case of symposia/workshop) will be the contact person for all the correspondence about the presentation.
All abstracts must be submitted in English using Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 spacing.
Please choose the appropriate category related to your presentation. Do not submit the same abstract to multiple categories.
More than one abstract can be submitted.
The title should be short and concise & must not be written in capital letters.
Selection of the abstract will be at the discretion of the scientific committee.
Word limit for abstract (Apart from title: 250 words).
Oral/Poster Presentation :
The authors are requested to send abstract of their original papers (not presented or published earlier)
Time of presentation will be 8 minutes plus two-minutes of question-answers.
The paper must have the following heads: Background, Objectives, Methodology, Results and Conclusion
The corresponding author must certify that the paper follows ethical research practices and is plagiarism free (Plagiarism must be less than 8%).
Once the abstract is shortlisted, the full-length papers are to be sent once notified.
NO changes in the paper title, abstract, authorship, nor submitted document can occur AFTER the submission deadline.
By submitting an abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organizing committee for publications. The committee reserves the right to reproduce the abstract/presentation made in the conference in print or electronic media.

Symposium :
The symposium must adhere to one of the themes and sub-themes.
Time allotted to the symposium will be 45 minutes.
The symposium will have no less than 3 and no more than 5 presenters.
Along from the main title, Sub-titles and abstracts must be submitted for each individual speaker.
If the authors wish, they can designate a discussant/chairperson for the symposium.
Workshop :
The proposed workshop should be designed in a way to give hands-on experience to the participants.
It should be falling into one of the themes of the conference.
The abstract/summary should bring out the need for the workshop, method of conducting the workshop and expected outcome.
